A NEW SERIES OF SOUND EXPERIENCES IN COLLABORATION WITH GREEN FARM KENT
I am delighted to announce a new venture for 2019, in a specially converted barn at this beautiful farm in the heart of the Kent countryside. Sessions will be every other Thursday, beginning Thursday 2nd May. Future dates will be 16th and 30th May, 13th and 27th June, 11th and 25th July. We are beginning with Sound Baths, and there will certainly be one Sound Bath in any month. Then, depending on the interests of participants, sessions could be any one of those described below. SOUND BATH: Forget the everyday world. lay down in comfort and absorb the vibrations of the healing sounds as they wash over you, leaving you relaxed and refreshed. The sessions will begin and end with a short meditation too help you to get the most from your experience. Please bring a pillow and a blanket. Yoga mats will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own, or something more comfortable.
SINGING THE RAINBOW: Learn to use the vibration of your own wonderful voice to enhance health and well-being. Using simple sounds, breath and gentle movement, sing the rainbow of your energy system to bring your body back in tune with itself, and allow your energies to flow.
CIRCLE OF CHANT: Joint in a circle with others to enjoy singing short, easily learned chants from around the world. Chants are deeply satisfying to sing within a group. They help to still the mind and bring relaxation and inner peace. No previous singing experience is necessary.
FOR THE JOY OF SINGING: Singing is always a pleasure, so join with others to sing a variety of songs from around the world, that are easy to learn and a joy to sing together. This is a relaxed song session rather than a choir. It is idea; if you just enjoy having a goods sing with others. It is also ideal for those who have always wanted to sing buy have never quite found their voice.

TIME FOR YOU TOO MINI RETREATS
Time for You Too is a new organisation specialising in Mindfulness sessions for all age groups. From April, 2019, they will be running a monthly Mini Retreat on a Saturday afternoon. This will include a variety of Mindfulness and other well-being sessions. The event is centred around a large yurt, located in the Kent countryside near Bethersden. The exact location will be given to you on booking.
I will be running a sound session at the Mini Retreat on two dates in 2019.
SOUND BATH: Saturday 20th July.
CIRCLE OF CHANT: Saturday 7th September.

BANYAN RETREAT SUNDAY RETREAT DAYS
I am very pleased to be one of the workshop leaders at the retreat days that the Banyan Retreat run on various Sundays throughout the year. The day’s programme consists of an opening meditation , yoga, a session exploring the healing qualities of your voice , Tai Chi, and a Sound Bath. It is a wonderful, relaxing and uplifting day shared with like-minded people. The cost for the day is £45, which includes a light lunch.

Sound Baths at the Sanctuary of Healing are open to both members and visitors alike. Newcomers are always welcome.
